This two color screen print poster was created using elements of photography and collage. To get the typography I wanted, I photographed metal type normally used in letterpress printing. I like working in a variety of ways to achieve what I want. I like to think of typography differently, as objects as much as words. It can be more interesting to explore different possibilities for type and not just stick with the collections of fonts on the computer.
